The Opportunity 

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations. 

This is a part time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.   Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.    

What You’ll Do 

Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives 

Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce) 

Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing) 

Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs 

Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists 

Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey 

Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services 

Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration 

Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity) 

Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists 

Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready 

Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests) 

Support day to day studio operations as needed 

What You Bring 

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences 

Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) 

Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting 

Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand 

Qualifications 

Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends

Prior experience in the automotive industry highly preferred

18 years old minimum

High School diploma/GED required

Authorized to work in Canada (visas sponsorship not available)

Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred

Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.

Where permitted by law, successful completion background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers

Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.   Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Ability to obtain appropriate provincial drivers license, where applicable

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Base Pay Range (hourly)$21.92—$27 USD

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
