Our Finance Team has an immediate opportunity for a Partner CompensationSenior Analystwho will manageallPartner Payroll, Capital,andEquitycalculations, as well asad hoc compensation needs related to our Firm's Partners.Our ideal candidate is apro-activecommunicator with high attention to detailand whounderstandsboththe confidentiality and time-sensitivity of this role's activities.This person will have strongattention to detail, process orientation,Excel skills,andthe ability to research independently while knowing when to escalate internally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all Partner Compensation files for Payroll processing and CFO's records
  • Track and include new Partner onboarding, retirements, and tax-related nuances in partnership with our internal tax team
  • Provide Partner Comp data as needed for analysis
  • Regularly maintain and drive necessary additions to Shareworks for accurate Partner Equity records
  • Collaborate with CFO, Legal, internal Tax and others to properly execute Year-End Partner Retirements, quarterly Partner distribution, and other ad hoc requirements
  • Meet regularly with Partner Admin and Internal Comms teams to produce and distribute Partner communications throughout the year
  • Research and collaborate with Payroll and internal Tax and Legal Teams as needed to respond to ad hoc Partner Inquiries
  • Complete Partner-related tasks and reconciliations for each month-end close
  • Maintain all internal files for retirement-related estimates and actuals, as well as answering questions around next fiscal year budget data
  • Manage production, approvals, accruals (as needed), and proper payment of all quarterly Partner Buy Outs
  • Collaborate with Cash and internal Tax teams to ensure correct recording of Retired Partner tax payments and other ad hoc payments
  • Special projects as assigned by the CFO or Controller

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role with responsibility for financial data, reconciliations, or reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and managing detailed data sets
  • Experience working independently on assigned workstreams, with examples of identifying issues and escalating appropriately prior to execution
  • Experience providing direct support or service to internal stakeholders, including managers or senior leaders, with clear and professional communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive financial information, with an understanding of professional ethics and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA license
  • Proficiency in Workday and Outlook
