PCB Rpair Engineer/Engineer

Job Description & Requirements Will be performing Initial testing, analysis and repair of PCB, and other electro-mechanical assembly. Responsibility: - Maintain documentation of parts condition upon arrival, during repair as well as final testing prior to shipping out repaired parts. - Repair populated PCB which include but not limited to digital board, analog board, RF, etc. Basic Qualification/Skill required: - University degree is preferred but skill is the most important qualification. - Familiar and proficient with different soldering and DE soldering technique (Through hole component, smd, bga). - Must be familiar with at least one of the following and able to recognize main building block of : SMPS power supply, Servo amp, stepper motor driver, linear power supply. - Able to use oscilloscope to troubleshoot parts, power supply to provide power to board under repair, soldering station, De soldering station, multimeter.

Advance skill that will be a plus point. - knowledge of servo motor, encoder and servo amplifier (Sanyo) - Programming skill (C, python, basic, other language) - Arduino, Raspberry pi, or any other micro controller and sbc - Understanding of reserve engineering technique as well as ability to reserve engineer a PCB, repairing without schematic availability. Salary will be commensurate with skill and experience. - 5 days' work week
