Role: People Analytics Manager (Compensation)

Location: Open, needs to be close to a US office location

The opportunity:

We are looking for a People Analytics Manager (Compensation) to support our Global Compensation team. You will be responsible for visualizing, transforming, and manipulating compensation data, which will be used for visibility and key business decisions. Using your curiosity and analytical skills, you will derive insights and convey key findings to set the direction for our compensation programs.

What you'll do:

  • Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, scenario analysis, and predictive analysis
  • Use advanced data visualization techniques to communicate compensation analyses to key stakeholders
  • Automate reporting and streamline processes
  • Leverage tools, such as Excel and Power BI to drive analytics
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, tools and metrics showing various elements of compensation data
  • Partner with other collaborators to build analytics and resources
  • Understand business needs and scope data requests to support key stakeholders
  • Utilize your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform compensation decisions and support our compensation philosophy

What you’ll bring:

  • Expert experience pulling large and complex data
  • Advanced PowerBI skills is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience doing quantitative analysis

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $122,000 to $170,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
