Pharmacy BI Analyst

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Pharmacy Business Intelligence Analyst in Boston, MA for a direct-hire opportunity (Remote with occasional onsite)!

Seeking a highly technical Pharmacy Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL development, healthcare data engineering, and business intelligence experience supporting pharmacy operations.

This is not a traditional reporting analyst role. The position requires someone who can independently build data solutions from scratch, including developing logical data layers, writing complex SQL queries, creating analytic datasets, validating data integrity, and designing dashboards/reporting solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop data sources from Epic Clarity and enterprise healthcare systems

• Write complex SQL queries and develop analytic datasets

• Design dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau

• Lead requirements gathering and technical solution design

• Perform data validation, QA, and end-user testing

• Support multiple pharmacy and operational stakeholders simultaneously

• Deliver analytics projects from concept through deployment

• Train end users and support enterprise-wide analytic asset development

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience

• 3+ years within healthcare environments

• 2+ years supporting pharmacy operations/data

• Advanced SQL development skills

• Experience building reporting/data solutions from scratch

• Strong stakeholder communication and project ownership skills

Preferred:

• Epic Clarity experience

• Tableau experience

• Pharmacy/Willow data knowledge

• Healthcare BI or data engineering background
