PhD / Postdoc Genomics Researcher – Train Next-Gen AI Models (100% Remote)

We’re looking for PhD scientists and Postdoctoral researchers in Genomics to help train and evaluate frontier AI models for the life sciences. If you’re passionate about gene editing, cell culture, and rigorous scientific methodology, and want to work on high-impact AI projects with top research labs, this role is for you.

Core Requirements

• PhD or current Postdoc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, or related field
• Hands-on experience with gene editing (CRISPR, etc.), mammalian cell culture, and validation techniques
• Strong background in sequencing analysis and core life-science pathways
• Self-motivated with exceptional independent research skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or scientific content review
• Familiarity with LLMs as research tools
