🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure production schedules and delivery targets are achieved
- Manage and support supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts
- Drive a strong culture of health, safety, and operational accountability
- Oversee quality standards to ensure output meets required specifications and benchmarks
- Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and cost control
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with internal departments to keep production aligned with business needs
- Mentor and develop team members to support long-term capability and succession planning
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–8+ years of experience in plant, production, or manufacturing leadership
- Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
- Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production setting
- Hands-on, solution-focused leadership style with strong decision-making skills
