Stable NJ OEM of PLC Automation Systems for Essential Industries

Small Collaborative Team, New and Interesting Projects.

On-Site role (no travel), Competitive Salary, Bonus and Good Benefits.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Strong command of PLC Programming and Ladder Logic
  • Proficiency in Electrical AutoCAD
  • Experience spec’ing and building automation systems, including:
  • PLC connectivity to industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
  • PLC integration with PCBs and embedded electronics
  • Control panel and cabinet design and assembly
  • a BSEE or a BS in Computer Engineering, Physics or a related Engineering area is preferred.

Pluses:

  • Systems documentation and startup procedures
  • Bill of materials and part list creation
  • Experience designing systems with Electric Power Scaling to 'Step Up Power and Step Down Power'; should be familiar with Voltage Regulation, Dynamic Response, Impedance Regulation, Power Conditioning/Power Modulation or similar areas.
  • Experience with Power Elements of Electronic Systems: Transformers, SwithGears, Breakers, Mini-Substations.
  • Project Management or Managerial Level Experience.
