Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday) - Day shift

Compensation: $30 to $34 per hour + Travel and Housing Assistance(if required)

We are hiring PLC Operators for our Client who is a large-scale manufacturing project in Queen Creek, Arizona. This opportunity supports international manufacturing operations and offers competitive compensation along with company-supported travel and housing arrangements for qualified candidates.

Position Overview

The PLC operators will support daily plant operations by monitoring systems, following operating procedures, and communicating with engineering and production teams. Some positions involve working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), while others focus on operating and monitoring interfaces based on provided instructions.

Professional fluency in Korean and English is required. This role necessitates frequent, real-time technical communication and troubleshooting with a Korean-based engineering team that manages the plant's proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PLC systems or production interfaces

• Follow established operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Communicate with engineering and operations teams regarding system status and updates

• Respond to instructions and complete assigned operational tasks

• Support production activities in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain accurate records and report issues when needed

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency is mandatory for day-to-day operational communication

• Experience with PLC systems is a plus, but not required for all positions

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
