A company is looking for a Policy Intelligence Manager to monitor and analyze policy developments impacting the business.

Key Responsibilities

Track federal and state legislation and regulations affecting healthcare policies

Prepare policy summaries and impact assessments for leadership and product teams

Translate complex policy information into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field

5-7 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or regulatory analysis

Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulatory frameworks

Experience in tracking and analyzing federal and state healthcare legislation

Ability to synthesize complex policy information into clear insights
