A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator who will manage lease documentation and financial obligations. Key Responsibilities Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of property documents Ensure proper document management and oversee the subtenant process, including rent collection Conduct audits of financial reconciliations and resolve disputes with landlords Required Qualifications Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate lease terminology Working knowledge of financial terms Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain productive relationships with landlords and subtenants
