Portfolio Analyst

Our client is looking for an Analyst to be part of their Portfolio Management team to handle several markets. The role involves maintaining fund models, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives across investment and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations and portfolio monitoring
• Prepare monthly/quarterly investor and management reports
• Assist with cashflow forecasting and financial analysis
• Support regulatory reporting, KYC/AML, and compliance matters
• Respond to investor queries and maintain fund documentation
• Assist with fund setup and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in fund management, finance, or investment operations
• Exposure to financial modelling or portfolio reporting preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage due to stakeholder communication requirements
• Open to fresh graduates
