Position OverviewPortfolio Analytics Associates support investment teams by analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring positions, and providing actionable insights to inform investment decisions. The role blends quantitative analysis, portfolio monitoring, and reporting to support portfolio managers and senior investment professionals.

These roles often involve close collaboration with portfolio managers, investment operations, risk teams, and quantitative analysts to ensure accurate performance reporting, risk tracking, and portfolio analytics.

Key Responsibilities• Monitor portfolio positions, cash flows, and investment performance across multiple asset classes

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support portfolio analysis

• Conduct attribution analysis and performance benchmarking

• Support portfolio risk monitoring, P&L tracking, and exposure analysis

• Assist in portfolio rebalancing, scenario analysis, and stress testing

• Prepare detailed reporting packages and presentations for senior management and investors

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve portfolio performance and analytics processes

• Collaborate with investment operations, fund accounting, and external service providers to ensure data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

• Understanding of portfolio management, investment analytics, and financial instruments

• Experience or coursework in private equity, hedge funds, private credit, or investment operations

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interest in portfolio analytics, performance measurement, and investment strategy
