Position: Portfolio Coordinator – EPMO

Duration: Contract Assignment

Client Location: Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement

Our organization is seeking the services of an experienced Portfolio Coordinator consultant to support Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) program and portfolio operations. This engagement is focused on execution support, coordination, reporting accuracy, and artefact management across multiple project teams and functional stakeholders.

The successful consultant will play a critical role in enabling disciplined portfolio governance, operational readiness, and consistent delivery practices.

Services to be Provided

  • Support execution and administration of EPMO program and portfolio operations
  • Update and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and delivery artefacts
  • Coordinate portfolio and program meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action logs
  • Log, track, and follow up on risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
  • Collect inputs from project teams and maintain standardized reporting artefacts
  • Liaise with project teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure information flow
  • Track readiness items, milestones, and required supporting documentation
  • Maintain document repositories, access controls, and artefact hygiene in line with governance standards

Expertise Required

  • Portfolio / Program Coordination – Experience supporting EPMO or large-scale portfolios
  • Project Administration – Strong skills in tracking plans, actions, risks, and issues
  • Reporting & Artefact Management – High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Ability to work with diverse delivery and functional teams
  • Tools – Proficiency with PMO tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and scheduling tools
  • Communication – Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Governance Support – Familiarity with project lifecycle controls and delivery frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments
  • Exposure to financial tracking, readiness assessments, or portfolio dashboards
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
