Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor and project lead for social entrepreneurs, supporting their vision and organizational growth

Provide leadership coaching to social entrepreneurs and board members to enhance their professional development and adaptability

Serve as a board member, fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities and supporting governance best practices

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations

Demonstrated commitment to social impact and experience with communities served by nonprofit partners

Experience advising and supporting CEOs and executives in strategic leadership and operations

Ability to manage professional relationships and coach talent effectively

Strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven approach to complex projects
