Portfolio Management Associate | Real Estate Private Equity (Denver, CO)
A growing real estate private equity firm is seeking a Portfolio Management Associate to join its Denver-based team. This role offers high visibility across a diversified portfolio and direct exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolio performance across multiple real estate sectors (including alternative/niche asset classes)
- Build and maintain financial models at both asset and operating company levels
- Support portfolio valuation, monitoring, and reporting
- Work closely with investment, asset management, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, valuation or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with portfolio-level analysis or asset management is a plus
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
