Private Banking is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Portfolio Management Services Team. The Portfolio Management Service Team is a highly-coveted group of quick-thinking, problem solving individuals within SEI that set a high bar of superior customer service and project management within the US Private Banking Business. Responsibilities
- Supporting client suite of Portfolio Management Products
- Incorporating workflows, procedures and outputs that will serve as the base offering for our clients
- Troubleshooting clients questions regarding portfolio management functionality
- Resolve time-critical trading, reporting and day to day trading activities
- Training and Documentation of Procedures
- Coordinating communication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient support for platform delivery and product development teams related to the clients portfolio management needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Industry
- Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows
