Our client is a globally‑renowned financial institution. Due to organizational needs, we are currently seeking the Portfolio Manager Business Transformation in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities • Define objectives, purpose and constraints of the change program
- Establish and enforce a robust governance structure by clarifying decision‑making authority and escalation paths
- Execute the project plan to enable timely resolution and protect program delivery.
- Manage resource plan and forecast resource needs, monitor expenditures and track vendor resources to prevent overspending.
- Anticipate potential obstacles, such as vendor delays, technology or budget constraints etc, and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements • University degree holder or above in business‑related discipline
- Over 10 years of portfolio and project management experience
- Proficient in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, PfMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
