Job Description

Drive credit analysis and risk management as an Associate Portfolio Manager focused on income-producing properties. Collaborate with relationship managers to optimize commercial loan portfolios while ensuring compliance.

This role is integral to the National Industry Programs team, supporting commercial lending efforts. You'll conduct detailed credit analysis, prepare submissions for risk management, and engage in portfolio monitoring. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal partners to enhance client relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit analysis for commercial loans
  • Prepare credit submissions aligned with guidelines
  • Monitor loan portfolios for compliance and renewal needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for credit reviews
  • Identify opportunities for underwriting process improvements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in commercial credit underwriting
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment
  • Proven ability to analyze financial information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
