Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for delivering lease administration and advisory services to existing or potential commercial brokerage clients, often becoming a key member of the client’s real estate team. The position also provides as‑needed support to the Director for other portfolio administration functions and is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day activities at the client level and being the first point of contact for any questions that arise from the client, brokers or senior leadership.

Essential functions and responsibilities
- Manage Lease Administration and Advisory services for a multitude of portfolio and non‑portfolio accounts, including critical reporting for clients, brokers and senior leadership, reviewing and abstracting documents, and updating lease information in CoStar Real Estate Manager and custom technology systems.
- Review business terms of Estoppel Certificates as requested.
- Review lease documentation and provide interpretation of parties’ rights and obligations.
- Participate on status calls and provide updated information.
- Attend client meetings as requested.
- Act as liaison between IT and client to provide technical support for CoStar REM.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with team members, leadership, and clients.
- Ensure account needs met while following the scope of client service agreements.
- Provide superior client service to internal and external clients.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve service efficiency.
- Seek and develop business expansion opportunities with existing clients.
- Partner with relevant parties to onboard new accounts quickly and smoothly.
- Provide feedback to leadership on issues, challenges, and focus areas.
- Execute special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other divisions and client entities.
- Support department and company‑wide initiatives and ensure standards are implemented.
- Demonstrate initiative and urgency, meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Stay up to date on industry standards and trends.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field; business, finance/real estate, accounting ideal
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant commercial real estate experience including lease administration and client service.
- Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex commercial lease terminology.
- Understanding of technical and data needs of the Portfolio Management team and clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with lease management databases (CoStar Real Estate Manager preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills and problem‑solving ability; attention to detail is a must.
- Capacity to establish and maintain strong working relationships with team, brokers and clients.
- Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high flexibility and rapid response time.
- Ability to excel in a professional, collaborative, team‑oriented work environment.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others, operate a computer, move about the workplace, remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time, and extend hands and arms in any direction.

Compensation
Salary range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00. Compensation will vary based on factors such as collective bargaining agreement, location, market rates and candidate experience. The company will not pay less than minimum wage.
