Position Overview:The Portfolio Manager, Public Health Infrastructure is responsible for the governance and performance of Harris County Public Health's Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG), a foundational investment in public health infrastructure to state and local health departments nationwide. This role serves as the internal facilitator of all PHIG activities, maintains a current view of PHIG progress, and works with both internal and external stakeholders to remove any implementation roadblocks.Duties & Responsibilities:

Education:• Master’s Degree from an accredited college in public health, public policy, public administration, evaluation, business administration, data science, or related field and 5 years of experience managing public health, or public service projects.
