The Company

Our client is an expanding hedge fund seeking a driven and proactive professional to join their Investor Relations team. This role will focus on supporting investor communications, maintaining investor materials, and coordinating closely with internal teams and service providers across a diversified asset platform. The Role

• Investor reporting and communications : Produce and circulate NAV estimates and regular investor updates, ensuring mailing lists are accurate and properly maintained.
• Investor data management : Keep investor data packs, virtual data rooms, CRM records, and internal systems well‑organized and up to date.
• Capital activity support : Coordinate subscription and redemption requests, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth processing.
• Marketing and presentation materials : Develop and update investor decks, factsheets, and newsletters to support fundraising efforts and ongoing engagement.
• Investor engagement and coordination : Handle investor queries, schedule meetings, and provide timely day‑to‑day support with a professional approach.
• Service provider liaison : Work closely with fund administrators and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and information flow.
• Due diligence assistance : Support the upkeep of due diligence documentation and respond to information requests from prospective and existing investors.
• Event and roadshow coordination : Assist with the planning and logistics of overseas roadshows, investor events, and meetings.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IR, Sales Support, or Client Services background.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools, including emerging AI-based applications.
