We are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager (ServiceNow ) who will be responsible for leading enterprise portfolio planning, governance, financial oversight, and performance management of strategic initiatives for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest semi-government organization in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable based on performance.
We are looking for a passionate Portfolio Manager (ServiceNow) who can drive portfolio strategy, governance frameworks, and data-driven investment decision-making across enterprise programs. You should also have experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) , portfolio financial management, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio analytics/reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end portfolio management processes, including demand intake, prioritization, planning, governance, and performance tracking.
- Ensure portfolio investments align with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
- Facilitate portfolio governance forums, steering committees, and executive review meetings.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Monitor portfolio health across scope, schedule, financials, risk, and benefits realization.
- Drive portfolio optimization decisions based on value, risk, capacity, and budget constraints.
- Lead portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights for leadership decision‑making.
- Act as functional owner of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform.
- Optimize demand management, resource management, and portfolio workflows within ServiceNow.
- Ensure data integrity, governance standards, and reporting accuracy within the SPM platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance automation, reporting, and system capabilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or enterprise PMO roles.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven expertise in portfolio financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and KPI analytics.
- Understanding of portfolio governance frameworks and enterprise strategy alignment.
- Experience with resource capacity planning and benefits realization management.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery frameworks.
- ServiceNow SPM certification is a plus.
