Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Manager – Hybrid / Boston, MA

Our client, a global investment and financial services organization, is seeking a Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Manager to support portfolio performance tracking and reporting activities. This role focuses on consolidating financial and operational data, supporting valuation and reporting cycles, and delivering insights to internal and external stakeholders. The position partners closely with finance, investment, and reporting teams and plays a key role in maintaining accurate and timely portfolio information.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring portfolio reporting cycles through data collection, validation, and consolidation

• Review and analyze portfolio-level financial and performance information

• Perform ongoing portfolio analytics and track key metrics across investments

• Reconcile financial and transactional data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Respond to internal and external reporting and data requests

• Assist with the preparation of management and investor-facing materials

• Maintain and update reporting tools, dashboards, and internal systems

• Support valuation processes, audits, and related documentation requests

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio reporting, fund administration, finance, or related roles

• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Workiva, Tableau, or similar)

• Experience with investment or fund systems (e.g., Investran, Chronograph, or comparable platforms) preferred
