Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in post-investment value creation, with a focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives.

You will work closely with portfolio companies to strengthen corporate governance, enhance operational and financial frameworks, and drive sustainable growth. The ultimate objective is to position portfolio companies for successful exits to strategic buyers with a long-term investment perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Support post-investment activities, including Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives across portfolio companies
• Establish, review, and enhance internal control systems and corporate governance frameworks
• Improve financial and operational structures, including balance sheet and P&L management processes
• Assist in setting up and monitoring board governance, reporting frameworks, and management structures
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation initiatives and operational improvements
• Contribute to exit readiness planning, including strategic positioning and operational optimization

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in:
• Consulting (PMI / strategy / business transformation)
• Big 4 advisory firms
• Corporate M&A or investment functions
• Investment banking
• Trading companies with exposure to investment or business management
• Strong understanding of M&A, PMI processes, and investment lifecycle
• Demonstrated interest in business improvement, operational enhancement, and portfolio management
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
