Portfolio Property Manager

Must be a CMRAO General Licensee.

Performance Property Management is a fast-growing, modern property management company based in Toronto and proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. We oversee a diverse portfolio of high-rise, low-rise, boutique condominium, townhome, and commercial corporations.

We are currently seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our expanding team for a Mississauga portfolio. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring 2–3 days on-site, with the remaining days offering the flexibility to work from home.

Duties include but are not limited too:

• On-site hours

• Hiring and facilitating Vendors

• Working with Board of Directors

• Handling of resident issues

• Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures

• Enforce the rules and regulations of the Condominium

• Conduct Board Meetings and Chair AGMs

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following :

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager

• CMRAO Licence

• Self-motivated and can work with little supervision

• Strong organization & prioritization skills

• Possess strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships

• Experience in supervising employees

• Attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Very good written and verbal English language skills
