🔧 YOUR ROLE: ASSET OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As an Asset Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solar assets. You will review, assess, and improve processes to maintain the highest standards across our operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing data related to asset refinancing

• Conducting remote technical quality assessments of PV systems using installation protocols

• Comparing customer documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met

• Ensuring all work meets defined quality standards and criteria

• Maintaining and improving quality benchmarks for PV systems

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

• Documenting and tracking quality checks and findings

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

🎓 WHAT YOU BRING

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software tools

• Strong attention to detail and interest in technical work

• A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
