Role Responsibilities
- Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development
- Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards and best practices for data annotation and rubric design
- Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological data with a focus on stem cell systems
- Deliver clear, structured feedback to maintain high-quality outputs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation guidelines and training frameworks
- Stay updated with emerging research and trends in stem cell and molecular biology
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology (research or lab experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid foundation in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques
- Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and scientific validation
- High attention to detail with a focus on scientific rigor and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with rubric design, evaluation, or scientific data annotation
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant biological field
