Power BI Analyst – London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a leading financial services firm looking to hire a Power BI Analyst to join their growing Data Engineering team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in scaling and professionalising a business-critical BI environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions, while helping evolve the existing Power BI setup into a robust, production-grade analytics platform. Expect a mix of hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and driving best practices across data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across the business
• Deliver automated, scalable reporting solutions
• Improve and standardise existing BI/reporting environments
• Work with SQL data warehouses to optimise data models and performance
• Implement best practices (DAX, data modelling, governance, CI/CD)
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Strong DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL skills
• Experience with data modelling and ETL processes
• Exposure to Azure or broader Microsoft stack
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Financial services experience is a plus

Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 (Depending on experience
