Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Power System Automation Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for power systems. Daily tasks include conducting power system studies, evaluating electrical infrastructure, optimizing power generation and distribution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders will be essential for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Power System Studies and Power Systems analysis
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with systems related to Power Generation and Electric Power distribution
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven experience with automation solutions for power systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is an advantage
