Power Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Power Systems Engineer / Electrical Engineer to support combined cycle power projects remotely. Key Responsibilities Perform power system studies for mixed asset generation projects, including load flow, short circuit, and transient stability analysis Develop and maintain detailed electrical system models using industry-standard software tools Support grid interconnection processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams during project development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5-20 years of experience in power systems engineering, preferably in power generation or EPC environments Strong experience with at least two of the following tools: DigSILENT PowerFactory, PSS E, PSLF, PSCAD, ETAP Proven experience with combined cycle or large-scale generation projects including BESS Solid understanding of transmission and distribution systems and grid interconnection requirements
