Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report adverse trends to business leaders.
• Answer complex business problems through data analysis, combining knowledge of the insurance business and data sources.
• Identify requirements for data enhancements and lead special data and analytical projects.
• Develop and complete pricing analyses, including rates and ultimate loss projections.
• Engage with business leaders to understand needs and provide analytical consultation and recommendations.
• Analyze profitability on a state basis and collaborate with Actuaries and Product Managers to improve product performance.
• Support the introduction of new products and enhancements, and participate in the development of Actuarial models and databases.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of experience working with Personal Homeowners Insurance required; 5+ years preferred.
