Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager to lead analytical efforts and execution of pricing initiatives across a network of donation centres. This role combines hands-on data analysis with responsibility for implementing pricing decisions that influence donor participation and operational performance.

Working remotely with alignment to a U.S. office location, you will collaborate with teams across operations, technology, and data to ensure pricing strategies are both insight-driven and effectively delivered.

This position is particularly suited to candidates with experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics in sectors such as retail, digital marketplaces, or consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse donor behaviour, demand trends, and cost structures to identify pricing opportunities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and promotional initiatives using structured analytical approaches
  • Conduct elasticity and scenario analysis to understand trade-offs between pricing, participation, and cost outcomes
  • Build forecasting models to support short- and medium-term planning

Strategy & Execution

  • Support the design and assessment of experiments (e.g., A/B testing, pilot programmes) to refine incentive strategies
  • Develop efficient processes for generating recurring business insights
  • Work with data science teams to scale analytical models and validate results
  • Oversee the implementation of pricing updates, ensuring accurate configuration and timely rollout

Skills & Experience

Technical Capabilities

  • Strong analytical background with experience using tools such as SQL and Python to work with large datasets
  • Knowledge of pricing analytics techniques including demand modelling, elasticity analysis, and forecasting
  • Comfortable working across data platforms and tools (e.g., cloud-based data environments and spreadsheets)
  • High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or similar)
  • Approximately five or more years of experience in pricing, analytics, data science, or related roles with measurable business impact
  • Experience in environments where pricing decisions directly affect customer behaviour or demand
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations
  • Strong execution focus and ability to deliver within tight timelines

Preferred:

  • Experience with advanced analytical methods such as optimisation modelling or experimentation frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience working within complex, cross-functional organisations

  • Occasional domestic travel may be required (up to approximately 10%)

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $182,270 per year, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Final compensation will be determined in line with applicable regulations and internal pay practices.
