Pricing Strategy Lead

Location: Global (Remote)

Reports to: Head of Finance

Rwazi’s economics depend on structured pricing discipline across enterprise SaaS contracts and execution-based deployments.

The Pricing Strategy Lead owns pricing logic, packaging strategy, and revenue optimization.

This role determines how value is captured.

CORE MANDATE

  • Design scalable pricing frameworks
  • Align pricing with cost-to-deliver realities
  • Increase margin while preserving competitiveness
  • Standardize discount governance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRICING ARCHITECTURE

  • Design product tiering and packaging logic
  • Define usage-based, subscription, and hybrid pricing models
  • Align RM/CI delivery economics with client pricing

REVENUE OPTIMIZATION

  • Analyze win/loss and discount patterns
  • Establish approval frameworks for custom pricing
  • Identify expansion and upsell monetization pathways

COMPETITIVE PRICING INTELLIGENCE

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking
  • Maintain pricing defensibility across segments
