Responsibilities: Lead and conduct advanced research in AI and machine learning, focusing on areas such as deep neural networks, generative models, and large language models. Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and models for complex problem-solving. Develop and maintain robust AI frameworks and toolkits. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems. Publish research findings in top-tier scientific conferences and journals. Mentor and guide junior research scientists and engineers. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and identify emerging trends and opportunities. Contribute to the strategic direction of AI research within the organization. Present research results to technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of post-graduate research experience in AI/ML. Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data mining. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong publication record in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Proven ability to lead research projects and mentor team members. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
