About the role

As a member of the Global People Analytics and Experience (GPA&E) Team, the Principal's primary focus is leading the execution of key projects in the areas of Employee & Patient Experience Surveys and Advanced Analytics. The Principal will also support projects in Job Analysis & Assessment and Strategic Workforce Planning.
