**Job Summary**
As a Principal Applied Scientist, you will lead the development of large language model foundations and agentic AI solutions for customer service automation. You will work closely with our AGI and Bedrock teams to leverage and optimize LLM infrastructure, and guide technical strategy for transforming both customer experience and Associate operations through generative AI. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable chatbot solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, languages, and business verticals.
