This senior role requires a deep technical expertise in chemical engineering principles, extensive experience in process design and simulation, and a proven ability to drive significant improvements in efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness within manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing chemical processes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced process control strategies, conducting feasibility studies for new processes, performing detailed process simulations using industry-standard software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS), troubleshooting complex operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
