Job Title: Principal Data & Analytics Platform Lead
Location: Remote
Compensation: $70 - $72 / hour depending on experience

Required Experience & Skills
- Modern analytics architecture expertise (lakehouse/warehouse, semantic modeling, Direct Lake, medallion design).
- 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Fabric (including early adoption) with tenant administration/operations ownership (capacities, workspaces, tenant settings, licensing, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Strong SQL plus Python (PySpark) and/or Power Query/DAX; able to guide engineering and BI implementation choices
- Architecture and patterns: reusable frameworks for ingestion, provisioning, security, and operations across Fabric workloads; data product/semantic layer patterns (Direct Lake) with quality, documentation, lineage, and lifecycle controls.
Preferred Certs
- Microsoft Fabric certifications (DP-600 and/or DP-700)
- Power BI (PL-300) and/or relevant Azure fundamentals/architecture (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-305)
