What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions including GenAI, RAG systems, and NLP pipelines
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions and architectures
- Partner directly with clients to identify and deliver high‑value AI use cases
- Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Contribute to presales, thought leadership, and team mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Data Science / Applied AI
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and deep learning
- Hands‑on experience with Python, PyTorch, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
- Experience working with cloud platforms, vector databases, and enterprise data systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders
