Compensation: $160 - 180K, Bonus + Profit Share

We are partnering with a leading, design-driven multidisciplinary firm to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineering Leader to their Vancouver studio.

You won’t just deliver projects—you’ll help build and lead an electrical engineering division, influence strategy, and elevate design integration across a diverse and impactful portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead complex electrical design across high-profile, design-forward projects
- Drive a design-first approach, integrating engineering seamlessly with architecture
- Mentor, grow, and lead a high-performing electrical team
- Partner with leadership on strategy, growth, and business development
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to project pursuits
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, integrated solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- P.Eng. designation (BC) or ability to obtain immediately
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the buildings sector
- Strong project experience across:
- Institutional (healthcare, education, civic)
- Mixed-use developments
- Commercial
- Residential (mid/high-rise)
- Transit / transportation
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams
- A passion for design, collaboration, and the built environment
