Principal Financial Analyst, Product Lead - Workload Health

As a member of the Workload Health team, you will partner closely with OCI Leadership to provide strategic insights and support the rapid scaling of our business.

Role Overview

In this pivotal position, you will act as a trusted advisor to product and engineering teams, leading projects that impact our high-value customers. Your analytical and modeling skills will be critical in shaping the financial outlook of our IaaS product family. We are looking for a dynamic finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of navigating both high-level concepts and intricate details.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Analyze high-value customers across the IaaS Portfolio and drive impactful financial insights.
• Create scenario-based financial and business models to support decision-making for key customers.
• Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies for new product introductions.
• Align business strategy with financial reporting using relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive financial assessments to influence strategic investment decisions.
• Optimize gross margins by analyzing key business and operational drivers.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting initiatives in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure timely and appropriate capacity investments.
• Develop strong relationships with engineering leaders as their go-to financial expert.
• Implement policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of finance experience; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technology and Infrastructure is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across engineering, finance, and operational teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable plans.
• Experience in leveraging data insights for informed decision-making.
• Strong skills in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to delivering valuable results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment characterized by uncertainty.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with an eye for detail.

Salary range for this position is from $84,500 to $178,100 annually, with potential for additional bonus and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off among other benefits.
