Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Los Angeles, CA. The Principal Investigator will oversee and manage clinical trial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. Key responsibilities include developing study designs, supervising study staff, monitoring participant safety, and analyzing study results. The Principal Investigator will act as a primary liaison with sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards, overseeing ethical conduct and ensuring data quality throughout the study.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Clinical Research, including designing, conducting, and managing clinical trials
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry guidelines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and supervise study teams
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting clinical data and preparing reports
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with sponsors, partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Doctoral degree (MD or equivalent); board certification or specialization in a medical field is preferred
  • Prior experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-stakes environments
  • Proficiency in medical software and tools is desirable
