Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an innovative and experienced Principal Pharmaceutical Research Scientist to drive groundbreaking research and development initiatives in **Dallas, Texas, US**. This senior role is crucial for leading discovery efforts, developing novel therapeutic candidates, and contributing significantly to the company's pipeline. The Principal Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing complex research projects, from hypothesis generation to preclinical evaluation, with a focus on identifying and validating new drug targets. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of the drug development process. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required for presenting findings, writing reports, and securing funding.
