Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-doctoral and industry experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development.
- Proven track record of successfully advancing drug candidates through preclinical development.
- Deep understanding of target validation, hit identification, lead optimization, and preclinical pharmacology.
