• *Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Process Engineer based in Singapore.

The Principal Process

Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency and product performance. They will lead process control initiatives, troubleshoot process-related issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvement and ensure product quality. Additional responsibilities include developing innovative process solutions, analyzing data for process enhancements, and mentoring junior engineers on the team.

• *Qualifications**
• Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
• Strong expertise in Process Control and Analytical Skills
• Background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in process or chemical engineering are a plus
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable
