You will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement, conducting feasibility studies, and recommending innovative technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex industrial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, waste minimization, and quality enhancement. Utilize advanced simulation software and statistical methods to model and optimize process performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Operations) to integrate new technologies and processes. Create detailed process documentation, SOPs, and control plans. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff. Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Oversee process validation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage external vendors and consultants involved in process engineering projects.

Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex process improvement projects. Expertise in process modeling, simulation, and statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab). In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and TQM principles. Strong understanding of automation technologies and industrial control systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
