Principal Quality Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Quality Automation Engineer (Global).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation frameworks and test strategies to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction

Embed with engineering teams to guide test design and development practices that produce built-in quality

Lead initiatives using AI-assisted testing and intelligent validation to scale quality across teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering or quality automation experience in large-scale systems

Proven success in designing and implementing automation frameworks across multiple platforms

Deep knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and integration with CI / CD systems

Experience in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS, with infrastructure automation understanding

Hands-on experience with Extreme Programming (XP) or similar collaborative practices
