Principal Research Scientist - AI/ML

Responsibilities:

Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals and present at leading international conferences. Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on research projects. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI/ML and related fields. Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in AI/ML. A strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL). Expertise in one or more core AI/ML areas, with a deep understanding of theoretical foundations. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and C++, along with experience using ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven leadership capabilities and experience mentoring research staff. Demonstrated ability to drive research projects independently and as part of a team.
