Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field. 10+ years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record in leading venues. Expertise in multiple AI/ML areas, including deep learning (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience applying AI/ML to scientific research problems (e.g., genomics, physics, climate science). Proven ability to lead research teams and manage complex projects. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
